Package Description

A part time evening shift has become available at Guildford, Surrey Research Park. This role is office cleaning and general areas, including meeting rooms.

The role is Monday to Friday, 5pm-8pm, a total of 15 hours per week.

You will be working in friendly team and under the working evening Supervisor.

 

All training and uniform will be provided along with regular fresher training and development oppertunities should you wish to progress. Sodexo is a world wide company and have many oppertunities for their employees.

Holiday allowance startrs at 20 days per year, increasing to 25 days per year after continued service.

There is free parking on site and bus routes to the area.

 

Due to the nature of the business, our client requires the successful candidate to be security cleared. Basic clearance will be submitted straight away and this can take a few weeks, so please consider this when applying. The role is subject to a successful security clearance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing the highest level of housekeeping service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients’ specifications
  • Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wide
  • Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility
  • Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
  • Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Coordinator/Line Manager
  • All offices, toilets, laboratories and amenity areas to be presented in a clean and tidy

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous work experience in customer service employment
