Job Introduction

To be responsible for the day to day management of Procter & Gamble company shop.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inventory and accept in all stock using Multisys system
  • Record and track wastage and inventory on the Multisys System
  • Keep the shop clean and tidy at all times
  • Manage takings and provide cash reconciliation reports as required
  • Track and record sales figures and submit to site owner
  • Complete treasury report and submit to site owner
  • Adhere and enforce the P&G London Company Shop Policy / Conditions of Use
  • Provide reports as requested by P&G
  • Prepare charity packs / new starter packs as required
  • Support in a six-monthly stock take and stock reconciliation monthly
  • Cover shop opening hours and holidays
  • Make sure shop is always fully stocked  

The Ideal Candidate

  • Carry out any/all cleaning duties as requested by your manager /supervisor.
  • To ensure that all task are carried out in a professional manner, following all safety systems and risk assessment directions
  • To comply with SODEXO and P&G health and safety rules and regulations
  • Wear the correct and appropriate PPE specified at all times
  • To assist with any special duties required some of which may occur outside normal working hours
  • To undertake all required training in relation to all aspects of the service delivered to the client as requested
  • Complete a schedule of daily tasks as directed by your manager or supervisor
  • To report all faults in relation to cleaning machinery /equipment to the manager /supervisor
  • To report all building defects to the manager or supervisor
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
  • Personal mobile phones must be switched off during working hours
  • During the course of your duties the post holder may have access to or witness confidential information which must NOT be divulged to an unauthorised person at any time
