Job Introduction

 

 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and queries via telephone and email
  • Greeting visitors as they arrive onsite and directing them to their host
  • Managing the post onsite
  • Carrying out any adminstrative duties as delegated by the site management team
  • Assisting the security team with access control
  • Covering breaks for the security team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is a personable and organised individual 
  • Has a good aptitude for IT, including the Microsoft Office Package
  • Has experience of working with a team 
  • A PSA license would be an advantage
