Job Introduction

Sodexo are currently looking to add to our team at RAF Hendon, London to deliver a world class guest experience. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join our team.

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing standards and quality across all area of the Café's and Front of House operation
  • Work collaboratively with other Supervisors and team to develop the Café product and standards of service
  • Effectively manage the Front of House service team, ensuring that all daily departmental procedures are followed
  • Train and develop team members in an engaging and supportive manner
  • Manage daily takings, adhering to company credit, cash and purchasing policies at all times
  • Comply with all Company policies, procedures and statutory regulations, including human resources, health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years’ experience at supervisor level within a high volume restaurant environment
  • Banqueting or event experience at supervisory level
  • Excellent spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively through written form of communication
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
