Job Introduction

  • We currently have an opportunity for a Full time Office Services Cover Operative.
  • To assist and support with the effective running of the Office Services at Mars Melton Mowbray and Mars Waltham on the Wolds to ensure all services are always provided professionally and consistently.
  • This role is key to the smooth running of the Sodexo Contract
  • The purpose of this role is to manage all the Office Services roles during planned Holiday and unplanned Sickness ensuring that responsibilities of the Contract are fulfilled proactively, efficiently and effectively.
  • The role embodies the relationship between Sodexo and Mars. Thereby ensuring the companies values, processes and procedures reflect a proactive and innovative service provision.
  • To represent Sodexo as the onsite point of contact for Office Services.

Main Responsibilities

  • To Provide the Mars with Office Services Support
  • To be able to work under instruction
  • To advise on best practise
  • To carry out any reasonable task that is requested
  • Build and maintain an excellent client business relationship and effective communication and understanding of Contact
  • To manage the effective monitoring and control of services provided.
  • To manage service cover during holiday and sickness periods.
  • Meet deadlines for operational processes and accepted actions.
  • To ensure excellent quality is delivered to both client and end user.
  • Cover will be given to  Post room,  Reception,  Courier,  UK Telephone helpdesk (Full training will be given)
