Job Introduction

 

 

 

Main Responsibilities

Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with the Manager to provide daily administrative support
  • To undertake the preparation of reports as needed (weekly & monthly)
  • Diary and database management, accounts, filing and general admin tasks
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, emails and post
  • Monitor and manage visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Eprophit administration, processing of delivery dockets and invoices, assist with  closing books. UDC
  • Keeping records of free issue and preparation of monthly reports
  • Other administration duties as required

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous admin role experience would be advantage
  • Good organisational skills, and time management essential due to type of operation on site
  • Flexible approach to role
  • Self-motivated with the proven ability to work well under pressure
