Job Introduction

To develop, grow and retain Sodexo business through supporting the operational team with full administrational support by assisting the management in the compliance of administration in relation to Safeguarding procedures with a key focus on process. The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration processes and company updates, the role is key to ensuring company processes and policies are followed and compliantly within their location to a high standard.

The administrator must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to work as part of a team. The primary role is to support team/clients efficiently whilst giving support to the Management team on a day to day basis. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support as required to include; Photocopying, filing, SAP, PO’s and invoicing.
  • Central point for HR Admin support - diaries by appointment
  • Manage confidential information for the business
  • Set-up and organise interview meetings
  • Dairy Management for Line Manager
  • Set-up Team Meetings 
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Answering Telephones and recording messages
  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested
