Job Introduction

 

Sodexo's Integrator Property Management Team have a brand new opportunity to join them as a Data Business Partner.

Reporting to the Head of Analytics you will be the driving force in embedding Analytics solutions from data generated by the Analytics Team into the business processes, employee behaviours and decision making of the Integrator.

You will be an expert at data analysis including data preparation, exploration and visualisation. You will have used tools such as Power BI, SQL and use microsoft excel to an expert level.

You will collaborate with the various business functions as an agent for change and improvement providing a new perspective on integrating data and Analytics in decisions and daily operations.

Main Responsibilities

Partnering with leadership and functional leads, you will create the environment that focus on centralised data, encourage data engagement and building agile data lab's.

Using the data to challenge and change employee behaviour and decision-making towards creating insight and maximising value creation for our business and clients.

Data Insight & Analysis:

o    Data Visualisation: Drive the development of best practise in reporting and visualisation with different types of quantitative and qualitative data, include spatial data to ensure the key trends and insight of the data are well communicated and drive decision making in

o    Performance Analysis: Analyse business processes and operations through data to understand performance issues. Then give recommendations for solutions that will drive improvement.

o    Drive Analytic Agenda: The development of dashboards & reports in Power BI

o    Compatibility across multiple platforms & sources: develop data solutions using agile methodology and modern tools and platforms. This can include SQL, Power BI, Azure data services

Establish good working relationships with IS&T and the wider business,

 

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  • Data visualisation experience (Tableau/PowerBI/QlikView  etc)
  • Data analysis skills:

Data preparation, exploration and visualization;

Data interrogation and analysis;

Application of statistical and/or data-modelling methodologies;

Presentation of results using good visualisations.

  • : Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • A problem-solving approach with curiosity and proactivity to engage and understand both the strategic business goals and our customer’s needs
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and create innovative approaches to delivering better quality service.
  • Proven track record in uncovering insight and intelligence through leading indicators
