Job Introduction

Sodexo, with over 40 years of expertise supporting the UK, US, and French defence forces, is dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental well-being of military personnel. We collaborate closely with military leaders to create an environment that supports individuals, the community, and the overall base.

In response to the ever-changing defence landscape, we have developed a new 'Lived Experience' programme, designed to engage our team and ensure a deep understanding of our clients' needs. We are now looking for a dynamic and empathetic Programme Facilitator/Tutor to lead the delivery of this initiative.

This four-day programme will be delivered to groups at various defence sites, primarily located across southern England, from Oxford to Portsmouth. As such, the role will require frequent travel and overnight stays.

The ideal candidate will be personable, with a high level of emotional intelligence, able to read and adapt to different group dynamics. Rather than a traditional teaching approach, you will focus on coaching and influencing our teams to embrace positive cultural change, fostering an engaging and supportive environment.

If you are passionate about driving change and have the skills to inspire others, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic and evolving sector.
