Main Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

 

  • Manage Catering Services: Oversee daily catering operations at the venue; ensure food preparation and delivery meets dietary, safety, and Sodexo Live! standards.
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service: Work with the General Manager to build strong client relationships; ensure catering services meet contract requirements and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service within the team.
  • Staff Recruitment and Management: Assist the Staffing Manager with recruitment, training, and managing catering staff.
  • Ensure staff are well-trained in safety, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Compliance and Standards: Uphold Sodexo Live! health, safety, food hygiene, and security standards. Ensure all policies and regulations are strictly followed.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy 
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office 
  • Previous experience in a commercial catering environment
