Sodexo Live! have a fantastic opportunity for a Hospitality Manager to join our first-class team based at The Brick Community Stadium Wigan, home to Wigan Athletic and Wigan Warriors.

Main Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Manage Catering Services: Oversee daily catering operations at the venue; ensure food preparation and delivery meets dietary, safety, and Sodexo Live! standards.
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service: Work with the General Manager to build strong client relationships; ensure catering services meet contract requirements and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service within the team.
- Staff Recruitment and Management: Assist the Staffing Manager with recruitment, training, and managing catering staff.
- Ensure staff are well-trained in safety, hygiene, and customer service.
- Compliance and Standards: Uphold Sodexo Live! health, safety, food hygiene, and security standards. Ensure all policies and regulations are strictly followed.

- Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a commercial catering environment
What we offer
