Job Introduction
General Maintenance Operative – Global media and film organisation, prime central London locations
• Salary up to £35,000 + On Call Allowance (London) dependent on qualifications and experience
• Overtime available (OTE £39kpa)
• 20 days holiday
• Private Medical available
• Pension – eligible to join the company pension scheme with matched contributions up to 6%
• Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday, 7am – 10pm, Early / late shift pattern
• One in four Saturdays at OT rate
• Hours worked per week – 40hrs

What you’ll do:
In this role you will ensure the safe operation and repair of all M&E, building services and fabric equipment on-site. Offering a wide and varied scheme of work & development opportunities this is an excellent chance for you to join Sodexo and showcase your skills.
Alongside the team you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on various electrical and mechanical building services equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level or similar relevant qualifications
• Proven experience in fast paced, blue chip corporate environment
• Skilled in PDA usage
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience with fabric and general maintenance work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
• Proactive problem-solver committed to high standards of safety and quality
