As a Data and Reporting Lead for Sodexo you are also an experienced Systems, Data and Process Management professional. Working at Queens Hospital Romford you will operate as part of our Compliance & Contract Performance team and will work closely with our Head of Compliance & Contract Performance. The main requirement of the position will be to become our in-house Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all systems and data that we use at Queens (both Hard and Soft FM) enabling us to take advantage of all information to measure performance and compliance in line with our PFI obligations. This role is ideal for a highly skilled data and systems expert with exceptional attention to detail and a strong capacity for independent problem-solving and analysis. It offers you the chance to shape critical governance information and contribute to the growth of the health and care business—all while being part of a purpose-driven team. You will ensure 100% accurate data across all system solutions used by the Sodexo account team, as well as the data shared with key stakeholders and clients for contract reporting. You’ll generate monthly performance reporting packs within agreed timeframes and highlight any risk areas to the Head of Compliance & Contract Performance to address potential issues before month-end. You’ll also work on integrating systems to boost operational efficiency and develop governance information for tracking trends and escalations. Assisting in audits, reviewing policies and procedures, and keeping internal stakeholders informed of any concerns are key aspects of your role. You'll ensure the contract SharePoint is always up to date, helping the account grow through organic expansion while maintaining strong compliance and performance standards.
What you'll do:
- The purpose of Contract Data & Reporting Lead is to own, manage and analyse all information and data on Queens account; using this information and data to analyse performance & compliance shortfalls and forecast and provide operational recommendations from trend analysis.
- The role will sit within the Compliance & Contract Performance function of Queens account and will report directly to Head of Compliance & Contract Performance
- In this role, you will act as a ‘gate keeper’ of all measures on Hard and Soft FM services delivered by service delivery team to capture self – monitoring measurement of PIs, PFI, statutory and legislative compliance and performance.
- As the contract subject matter expert, you will communicate to the wider team in respect to adoption of best practice and any operational changes regarding the system solutions and will interface with all users of the systems to ensure users are fully trained.
- You will create and lead all business reporting requirements and you will support stakeholders ahead of governance and internal leadership meetings and will oversee management of information within the CAFM - Maximo and Task Management System – CARPs and auditing system – eCAT, including the collection and analysis of data in relation to contractual compliance of Hard FM and Soft FM related tasks

What you bring:
Essential:
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with advanced-level skills in managing and organizing extensive data sets, utilising pivot tables.
- Previous experience using SharePoint and CAFM systems.
- Must be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with good level of mathematical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and sessions driving performance.
- Maximo superuser
- Quick learner with a passion for software technologies
- Strong presentation development skills (creation)
- Proficient with business analysis techniques: techniques which help in modelling and understanding a business and its operation.
- Proficient in progress reporting: methods and techniques for reporting progress Proficient in reporting and analysis methods
- Confident, capable and able to assess situations.
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving using a logical approach.
