Job Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Helpdesk Operator based in Swindon, who will work in partnership with a high-profile blue light service organisation to provide excellent customer service to customers and suppliers on the property help desk.

Working under the guidance of the Helpdesk Team Leader you will provide support regarding maintenance/cleaning across buildings on the client’s site and be responsible for the following:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails in line with the client’s service level agreements. 
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Relay information to maintenance teams, monitor planned maintenance work, and pursue any outstanding maintenance work as and when required.

You will ideally have strong customer service experience and ideally some experience in facilities management. You will be IT literate, have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), be proactive, work independently as well as in a team and be able to meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.

This is a full-time dayshift only role working Monday to Friday. The start time will be between 6.30am and 9.30am and the finish time will be between 3pm and 6pm.
