Main Responsibilities

  • Check opening stock on nominated catering outlet.   

  • Ensure stand manager checks and signs all relevant documentation.   

  • Brief all your catering team prior to service.   

  • Look after and support your team throughout the shift, reporting any incidents to senior management and/or HR.  

  • Cash Handling.  

  • Cashing up tills.  

  • Complete stock sheets.  

  • Deal with customer complaints efficiently.  

  • Carry out stock checks at designated times.  

  • Check catering outlet at end of service for cleanliness and ensuring any subsequent cleaning required is completed.  

  • Adhere to the Public Licensing Act in respect to the service of alcohol to comply with Legislation.  

  • Monitor the service of all alcoholic beverages.  

  • Wear all allocated uniform and PPE for all shifts and follow hygiene guidelines.   

  • Any other duty that is of a reasonable request.  

  • Align with the companies Equality & Diversity policies.  

  • Adhere to all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Food Allergens policies.

  • Experience is essential.  

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.  

  • Being friendly yet professional.  

  • Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.  

  • Good attention to detail and punctuality.
