Electrical Technician

Job Introduction
- Undertake maintenance and reactive activities on a variety of Electrical Building Services equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services on electrical systems and fixtures.
- Manage Life Safety Systems (LSS) and associated vendors.
- Support sustainability initiatives and manage energy consumption.
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and breakdown services.
- Plan and organize minor installation and improvement works.
- Conduct cost and delivery assessments in accordance with Sodexo procurement procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Take ownership and accountability for all aspects of the role, ensuring timely and high-quality task delivery.
- Support all elements of the Tech Team’s workload.
- 3 years' experience in electrical building services and plant maintenance.
- Safe Pass Training.
- Level 6 of the NQAI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Numerate and computer literate.
- Full Clean Driver’s License.
